Following news of the scheduling of the FA Cup fixture between Oxford United and Swansea City to take place on same day as our Round 3 fixture, Sunday, 10th January (kick-off at noon), the decision, after due consideration, has been reached to retain the normal fixture schedule.
All roads in the Horspath area, the ring road in particular, will suffer from congestion on the day. Please therefore note the following:
Arrival – Plan to arrive 45 minutes earlier than normal.
Parking – The parking facility at the BMW plant will be available as usual.
Race Timings – All races will start on time as published – please refer to the Round 3 Forthcoming Event diary entry.
Awards Ceremonies – The county medal ceremonies will be at the end of the event overall.
Departure – As the kick-off for the football is scheduled for noon, minimal delays are expected for athletes and supporters departing after the awards ceremonies.
Clash of Interest – In the event of a clash of interest, it is left to the individual to decide their priority.
